According to Government Notification No. CMRR 12/77 Kasti-Subyard Sangamner-12232 dated 24/8/1992, the buying and selling of goats and sheep was conducted at this location. However, since the Gram Panchayat (village council) has refused to permanently and freely hand over the 1-hectare area under its control to the organization, the buying and selling activities are currently suspended there.
