Separate toilets for men and women have also been built. In the sub-yard, a 1000 metric ton warehouse for farmers has been constructed under the government's National Agricultural Development Scheme, through a joint venture of the Maharashtra State Agricultural Marketing Board, Pune, and the Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Sangamner, Sub-market Vadgaonpan.

The market committee has erected large sheds made of tarpaulin and bamboo at the Vadgaonpan sub-yard, on the lines of Nashik district, to start a market for loose onions. Public auctions of loose onions have commenced from May 2024. A proposal for various planned infrastructural and developmental works at this location has also been submitted to the government for approval.

However, since the Gram Panchayat (village council) has refused to permanently and freely hand over the 1-hectare area under its control to the organization, the buying and selling activities are currently suspended there.

As per Government Notification No. Marketing Ashwi Budruk Subyard Sangamner-29/23/89 dated 1/8/1989, auctions of agricultural produce began at Ashwi Budruk. The Gram Panchayat provided approximately 1 hectare and 10 ares (market area) of land free of charge for permanent use.
