At Ghargaon Ambi Khalsa, the Maruti Mandir Devasthan Trust, Ambi Khalsa, is going to acquire 15 acres of land on a 30-year lease and start a business of buying and selling agricultural produce.

A proposal has been submitted to the government for transferring 2 hectares and 04 ares of land for the Karjule Pathar sub-market.

The sub-market yard at Vadgaonpan village has been transferred after paying the government fees. Land leveling and construction of a boundary wall have been completed to develop a modern market at that location. The market committee has also installed two weighbridges using its own funds to start auctions of cauliflower, a regular agricultural commodity, as soon as possible. The livestock market, which was suspended due to government orders because of COVID-19 and Lumpy Skin Disease affecting animals, will resume every Saturday. ​​Three sheds have been constructed for the animals, and water facilities have been provided. Separate toilets for men and women have also been built. In the sub-yard, a 1000 metric ton warehouse for farmers has been constructed under the government's National Agricultural Development Scheme, through a joint venture of the Maharashtra State Agricultural Marketing Board, Pune, and the Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Sangamner, Sub-market Vadgaonpan.

The market committee has erected large sheds made of tarpaulin and bamboo at the Vadgaonpan sub-yard, on the lines of Nashik district, to start a market for loose onions. Public auctions of loose onions have commenced from May 2024. A proposal for various planned infrastructural and developmental works at this location has also been submitted to the government for approval.

As per Government Notification No. CMR 12-70 Kasti Sakur Sub-yard Sangamner-3883 dated 3-3-1993, the trading of grains and sheep/goats commenced at the sub-yard.

According to Government Notification No. CMRR 12-70 Kasti Ghargaon Subyard Sangamner-12239 dated 24-8-1992, the buying and selling of goats and sheep commenced at this location. The institution does not own land here; the transactions are conducted on land belonging to the Gram Panchayat.

According to Government Notification No. CMRR 12/77 Kasti-Subyard Sangamner-12232 dated 24/8/1992, the buying and selling of goats and sheep was conducted at this location. However, since the Gram Panchayat (village council) has refused to permanently and freely hand over the 1-hectare area under its control to the organization, the buying and selling activities are currently suspended there.

As per Government Notification No. Marketing Ashwi Budruk Subyard Sangamner-29/23/89 dated 1/8/1989, auctions of agricultural produce began at Ashwi Budruk. The Gram Panchayat provided approximately 1 hectare and 10 ares (market area) of land free of charge for permanent use.

As per Government Notification No. APMC/37/77 dated 9-11-1977, the buying and selling of onions commenced at Nimon. The area of ​​the Nimon sub-market yard is 1 hectare and 20 ares.
